Request Details

Written consent must be obtained by the Owners Corporation for any Lot Owner or their agent to install Air Conditioner Units the private lot at the complex.

If you wish to apply to install an Air Conditioner Unit, please complete this form and provide all installation documentation and acknowledgement where indicated. 

Your request will be submitted to the MJS Body Corporate Management Team & your Committee of the Owners Corporation for consideration and approval.
